Short-Term Rehabilitation
Physical Therapy: Support for mobility, strength, balance, movement, and functional recovery.
Occupational Therapy: Support for daily activities, independence, safety, and practical skills needed for everyday life.
Speech Therapy: Support for communication, swallowing, and cognitive-related needs when appropriate.
Specialty Care Support
De Luna supports patients with a variety of post-acute recovery needs. Specialty care support may be appropriate for patients recovering from heart-related, respiratory-related, or other complex health changes after hospitalization.
Heart-focused support for patients recovering from heart-related conditions, procedures, or hospital stays.
Respiratory-focused support for patients recovering from breathing-related conditions, respiratory illness, or hospital stays.
Additional Recovery Support
Post-Surgical Recovery Support: Care planning and rehabilitation support for patients recovering after surgery, injury, hospitalization, or changes in mobility.
Mobility and Strength Support: Therapy services may help patients work toward improved movement, balance, strength, endurance, and daily function.
Support After Health Changes: Patients recovering from illness, hospitalization, or changes in condition may benefit from individualized care planning, therapy services, and nursing support.
