Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse
Position Overview:
We are looking for skilled and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare team. You will play a critical role in the health and well-being of our residents, delivering exceptional nursing care in alignment with their individualized care plans. Ideal candidates demonstrate clinical expertise, empathy, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely as prescribed.
Monitor residents’ health, conduct assessments, and adjust care plans as needed.
Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, individualized care.
Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding health management.
Qualifications:
Active RN or LPN license in Florida.
Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Dedication to patient-centered care and teamwork.
